Pallet lifter projector + spreader

Is the projector a tested tool?
Yes, it is. The projector has been tested by qualified companies. The projector comes with a specific operating manual and a valid declaration of conformity. Each projector lifting bar is registered and has its own serial number. The projector is manufactured exclusively for ELOORAC GmbH & Co. KG by a market-leading company for lifting equipment.

Which pallets can be craned with the Beamer lifting iron?
In general, almost any pallet can be lifted with our crane lifting equipment. This includes the EUR or EPAL pallet, CP pallets, special pallets from Knauf, for example, as well as some other pallets that are used for transporting clinker bricks and paving stones. A list shows in more detail which pallets can be lifted:

EPAL or EUR pallets:
– Standard EUR pallet 1200 x 800 mm
– EUR 2 pallet 1200 x 1000 mm
– EUR 3 pallet 1200 x 1000 mm
– EUR 6 pallet 800 x 600 mm

Chemical pallets:
– CP1 pallet 1000 x 1200 mm
– CP2 pallet 800 x 1200 mm
– CP3 pallet 1140 x 1140 mm

Eloowheel's transport rollers

How much weight can an Eloowheel transport roller carry?
We currently supply Eloowheel transport rollers with a load capacity of 350 kg per transport roller. Of course, other rollers can also be used. The load capacity may then be different. For example, if you want transport rollers with a softer coating so as not to damage your floors, the load capacity per transport roller may be lower.

In what condition should the pallet be on which you want to mount the Eloowheel rollers?
This depends on the load the pallet has to bear. In general, however, the pallets must be in good to very good condition. Ultimately, this is also about your safety and that of others. If a pallet breaks, the goods can fall over and injure others. To ensure that the Eloowheel transport rollers do not bend, you must always install the "Steady-Stick" stabilizing tube. Can Eloowheels also be attached to pallets other than Euro pallets?
This depends on the load the pallet has to bear. In general, however, the pallets must be in good to very good condition. Ultimately, this is also about your safety and that of others. Eloosafe tension clamp

Can Eloosafe security clamps be used to secure goods on trucks?
No, not at all! The Eloosafe transport safety clamp is only used to secure goods during internal movement or stationary use. Eloosafe simply clamps itself onto the pallet by pressing against the upright goods. As soon as excessive vibrations occur, such as when driving on bad roads, this clamping mechanism releases. The goods are then no longer secured and can cause damage.

How is the Eloosafe transport lock attached?
Very simple. There are 2 crossbars at the bottom of the clamp. These bars are about 25 mm apart. You simply push the Eloosafe onto a board that must not be thicker than 25 mm. The clamp is clamped to the pallet by the resulting clamping force when the pressure arm is pressed. You can find out more about this in our download area in the document "Assembly Instructions".
